Your first
magazine will start arriving within seven to eleven weeks after we receive your
order, but it does depend on the frequency of the magazine you've chosen and
what part of the Country it is being shipped to.
* If the publication is a weekly, you should start to receive your first
issue in approximately six to eight weeks.
* Bi-weeklies and monthlies take approximately eight to twelve weeks to start.
* If the magazine publishes bi-monthly or quarterly, receipt of your first
issue may take as long as ten to twelve weeks to start.
Once we receive your order, it will take a week or two for your subscription
to be received and scheduled by the publisher, where it will then be
included with the publisher's next production cycle and shipped via standard
mail. For example, if a subscription to a monthly magazine is ordered and
received by the publisher in June, and the July or even August issue has
already been mailed, your first issue would be included with the August or
September mailing.
Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times, although it
can vary from publisher to publisher. The actual delivery date of your first
issue will depend on when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by
the publisher and how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published,
although our system does allow the fastest processing possible.
Because we have to pay
for the magazines that we order for you right away, we must charge your credit
card at the time that you place your order.
Renewals:
You can place your order for renewals as soon as your original order has
been placed, since prices change every week it is a good idea to lock in a
low price much in advance of your subscription actually expiring.
Refunds:
We will refund your credit cards for all the remaining issues if you are not
satisfied with your subscription.
Shipping Charges:
There are no additional shipping charges for all orders going to USA
addresses and APO.
Foreign orders:
Please call our office since every magazine has different shipping charges.
Tax:
Subscriptions are NOT subject to any taxes.

We do accept purchase orders, please call our toll free number for more
information or you can email us.

What personal information do you gather from me?
All information gathered by us is provided by you. To process a magazine
order successfully we need your name, address, and e-mail address. You may
also provide us with your phone number. Your phone number is only utilized
in the event that there is a problem with your order and we are unable to
contact you via e-mail.
What about my credit card information?
When purchasing a magazine subscription online through our website you will
also need to provide a valid credit card. Your credit card information is
used ONLY for the purchase of the order that you authorized. We utilize the
latest technologies to ensure that your transactions are always safe and
secure. We DO NOT share your credit card information with anyone.
E-mail communications:
Every time your order from us we send you a courtesy receipt. From time to
time we may also send you information about upcoming specials or other items
we think you may enjoy. You can always choose to unsubscribe to our emails.

information. In order for you to receive your magazines in the mail we do
need to utilize your name and address. We do not sell or share your private
information for any other reason other than the processing of a magazine
subscriptions.
